Deactivate a license by email

The device can no longer be reached (for example a broken computer), or the software no longer starts? Then deactivate the license here: you receive a link at the email address stored with the license and decide there whether to activate it yourself on another device later, or to transfer the license to someone else.

No customer account? No problem: the license number and the email address stored with the license are enough. If you have neither, write to us with your proof of purchase through the support form.
